This program offers the ability to translate Latin letters into a variety of ancient or fictional alphabets. Users can create runic messages and share them as images on platforms like Facebook or Google+, or utilize them as logos or backgrounds.

The translated text can be exported as a PNG image, with options to customize the background color, font color, and size. However, it is essential to note that not all programs may display the translated text from 'Rune Writer' due to font limitations, which could result in question marks or empty squares appearing.

Some ancient alphabets may not directly translate all Latin characters, particularly missing vowels in alphabets such as Ugaritic cuneiform and the Phoenician alphabet. If certain characters are not translated, it is likely due to the absence of the corresponding letter in the target alphabet.
